Town Considering Networked Geothermal

The town of Ashland is looking at Networked Geothermal as a strategy to provide clean heating and cooling to residents and businesses. Networked geothermal allows a whole neighborhood to be connected on one loop.

Networked geothermal does not use fossil fuels to heat or cool your home. It works by connecting a large loop below the frostline in the ground. This area of the ground stays a consistent temperature in the 50s. The pipe is filled with water that circulates the system, which maintains the temperature from 40 to 90 degrees allowing each building to select their own desired temperature. Geothermal is the most efficient way to heat or cool your home. If you are interested in learning more about Networked Geothermal in Ashland feel free to reach out to [email protected]
