Deep, long-hold stretching for flexibility and relief.

Let go of tension, improve flexibility, and feel better in your body. In today’s fast-paced world—whether you’re sitting most of the day, lifting weights, running, or constantly on the move—tightness and stiffness can build up over time. Stretch & Release is designed to target those problem areas with deep, passive stretches held for 2–5 minutes, allowing your muscles to fully relax and lengthen.

This is not a yoga flow—it’s a structured flexibility practice focused on long holds and deep release. Expect to work on your hips, hamstrings, back, and shoulders, using breathwork to enhance relaxation. Regular practice can help reduce muscle tightness, improve mobility, relieve stress, and even enhance sleep.

Whether you're looking to recover from workouts, counteract the effects of sitting, or simply feel looser and lighter, Stretch & Release will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to move freely.
